Creating an account on the Fleux website will allow you to find information about your orders. To do this, simply click on “ registration ” at the bottom of the page, or on the “ my account ” icon at the top right of the screen.
Specify whether you are an individual or a professional (architect, interior decorator, boutique, hotel, etc.). Then fill in the requested information and validate. Your account is then created!
If you are a professional customer , we will ask you for some additional information: name and activity of your company, SIRET, an extract from KBIS (in jpg, png or pdf format) and a VAT number. Some fields are optional (SIRET, VAT number) if your company is domiciled outside of France. For more information on professional accounts, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
If you have forgotten your password, please click on the tab at the top right “ my account ” then on the link “ forgotten password ”. Enter the account address and you will then receive an email that will tell you how to change your password.
To receive the Fleux newsletter, simply enter your email address at the bottom of the page in the "newsletter" box .
If ever you do not receive our communications, we invite you to check your spam messages and add email@example.com to your address book.
If you no longer wish to receive the Fleux newsletter, you can click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each of our newsletters .
If you wish to delete your account and/or exercise your right to be forgotten, we invite you to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying your need. We will do our best to answer them as soon as possible.
Attention, please note that this action is irreversible and leads to the loss of all your order history.
The products in stock on our site are also in stock in our stores . You can then discover them rue Sainte Croix de la Bretonnerie, Paris 4.
To facilitate your search, each product sheet includes the number of the store in which the product you are looking for is present. Under the “add to cart” button, you will find the words “ Available in the Fleux x store ”, “x” will be replaced by the store number. For more information, you can go to the "Our stores" page available at the bottom of the site.
If this mention is not present, and/or the item is only available for pre-order on the site, this means that the product is not in stock in our stores.
Regarding furniture items , we remain available in our furniture shop “Fleux 4” at n°39 rue Sainte Croix de la Bretonnerie, 75004 Paris (backyard) in order to present you with fabric samples so that you can appreciate the materials and colors offered.
A product in stock means that the product can be prepared and shipped within 24 hours by our teams.
Products with information “ Available within x weeks ” (x being replaced by the maximum number of weeks) are sold for pre-order : this period is therefore an additional period which is added to the delivery period . This allows us to create the chosen item just for you! Choosing an “express” delivery method will not reduce the creation time of the article, on the other hand it will allow you to receive it as soon as the article is ready!
Products that we do not have in stock, and that we do not offer for pre-order are not orderable: you can then subscribe to an alert in order to receive an email when the product is back in stock!
To use a promotional code, simply enter it in your basket after choosing the items for your order. You can then enter the code in “ Promotional code ” then click on “ Apply ”. The discount granted will then be taken into account.
Check the conditions of use of the promotional code carefully: if the period of validity of the code has expired, or if your basket contains discounted items and the promotion cannot be combined, the promotional code cannot be applied.

The Fleux eshop accepts payments by Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Paypal.
Unfortunately, we do not accept gift vouchers at this time.
We offer gift cards in store. These are nominative and you are free to choose the amount from the choices offered: 50€, 70€, 100€, 150€ or 200€. They are valid exclusively in our stores , and cannot be used on our website.
Your purchase will be invoiced when the order is placed.
Some banks operate with deferred payment : a pre-authorization is displayed and the actual costs will be invoiced afterwards. If this is not the case, we recommend that you contact your bank to speed up the release of the pre-authorization.
After finalizing your order, you will no longer be able to cancel or modify it if it is already being prepared.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order as soon as it is finalized detailing all the information of your order.
You can download your invoice directly from your “my account” page on the line dedicated to your order.
Be sure to fill in the correct billing address when placing your order, it cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
If the desired product is not in stock, you can place a pre-order . In this case, a statement including the additional period is present at the same place.
If ordering multiple items, your entire order will be delivered to you as soon as we have received all of the items .
Since the stock is common for the stores and for our website , if an item is indicated in stock on our site, it is also in store. If, on the contrary, a delay is displayed, the product may be pre-ordered and delivered with this additional delay.
The modes and costs of transport differ according to the country of delivery and the weight of the chosen items.
When your order is shipped, an email with a carrier tracking link will be sent directly to you. You just have to follow this link to see the progress of the delivery .

Return and refund
You can return your items to us within 30 days of receivingyour order .
Returns are made directly to your account within your order , you can click on " Request a return " at the bottom of the page. You can then enter the reason for your return and print the label to stick on your package.
This feature is not valid for bulky items .

In the event of a return to the store, a credit note can immediately be issued to you. This will be valid for 6 months in all of our non-eshop stores.
If you prefer a refund , or if you return your package to the address indicated, it will be made within 4 to 10 days via the method of payment used during your order.
Exchanges are not offered.
If you receive a damaged item, please let us know upon receipt by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org attaching a photo of the shipping box (carrier label visible) as well as the item received .
We will find you a replacement solution as soon as possible.
Any defective product can be reported to us directly in store so that we can identify the defect(s) and find a replacement solution for you.
If you cannot go to the store, please report the defect to us as soon as you notice it via our address email@example.com , attaching photos of the article concerned.
If necessary, we will send you a label so that you can return it to us free of charge, and we will find a solution for you quickly.
